These Terms of Service govern your use of AxonMail services provided by Russ Loper ("AxonMail", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.
AxonMail provides done-for-you AI email agent setup and configuration services. We set up a branded AI email agent on your domain that handles inbound email conversations on your behalf. Services include initial setup, configuration, and ongoing support as described in your selected package.
Setup fees are due in full before work begins. We accept payment via Stripe. Annual support renewals are billed on the anniversary of your setup date. All fees are non-refundable once setup has begun. Renewal fees are non-refundable once the support period has started.

Our AI email agent is powered by third-party AI technology. While we configure it to represent your business accurately, AI systems can make mistakes. You acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these terms are violated without refund.
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at russloper@axonmail.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current support period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused support time. Upon cancellation we will remove your agent configuration and you may decommission your email address at your discretion.
AxonMail retains ownership of the system, tools, and processes used to deliver our services. You retain ownership of your business information, email content, and domain. We do not claim any rights to your customer conversations or business data.
We treat your business information and customer conversations as confidential. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy at axonmail.co/privacy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxonMail's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arkansas. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at russloper@axonmail.co before initiating legal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
