How long does setup take?

What happens after the first year?

Your annual support renewal is $200 for Basic or $500 for Premium. Most clients renew because the agent keeps working — cancel anytime.

Can I change my agent's responses?

Yes. Reply to any email from Russ and he'll update your agent's knowledge base or behavior.

What if someone asks a question my agent can't answer?

Your agent will let them know that Russ will follow up personally, so no inquiry ever goes unanswered.
